One photo, one very innocent driver

This template recreates the What Stop Sign meme as a comedy AI skit. A body-camera-style view walks up to a car at night with red and blue lights behind, and the driver at the open window looks back with the most innocent, puzzled face. AI remakes of the meme spread on TikTok in autumn 2026, and a Chihuahua in a grey hoodie became the favorite driver. Upload one photo of your pet or yourself.

Pets or people. Choose Pets to put your dog or cat at the wheel in the grey hoodie, or People to play the driver yourself.

Good photos. One clear photo, face visible and well lit. For people, only upload photos of someone who has agreed to appear. For pets, one pet with its face in view.

One photo is required. The video is a made-up AI skit, not real police footage: label it as AI when you post. The officer is a made-up person with no badge or department text.

Before you generate

What is the What Stop Sign meme?

A viral traffic-stop clip in which the driver mishears the officer and asks "what stop sign?" with a perfectly innocent face. People now remake it with AI, often with a pet at the wheel.

How many photos do I need?

One: a photo of your dog or cat, or a photo of you.

Is the footage real?

No. Everything in the video is generated as a comedy skit. Say it is AI when you post it, so nobody takes it for real police footage.

Can I add the lines?

The export is silent. Add the meme's audio, or your own voice, in your posting app, if you have the right to use it.

How long is the video, and in what format?

12 seconds, landscape 4:3, with a 1080p enhanced export and no sound.

How much does one What Stop Sign video cost?

50 credits. The smallest one-time pack that covers it is 50 credits for USD 4.49. No subscription is needed.

Is this an official What Stop Sign app?

No. Vellm is an independent tool that recreates the trend from your own photos. It is not affiliated with any police department or with the creators of the original video.

Does the video include the dialogue?

The video exports without sound. Add music available for your account and intended use in your posting app, then check the timing before sharing.

Will it match the reference?

The reference guides the walk up to the window, the camera shake and the driver's puzzled looks. Check that the face, or your pet's markings, stays the same in the dark, grainy light. A new generation uses another 50 credits and may look different.

What if generation fails?

A failed generation returns the credits it used. This is a credit return, not a cash refund. For a completed result or billing issue, contact support. See the service terms for details.

Will my video have a watermark?

No. Your downloaded video has no watermark.

How long does generation take?

Generation usually takes about 10–15 minutes. It can take longer when the service is busy. We email you when your video is ready.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed for a one-time purchase. Use your checkout email to recover your creations. If you create a video while signed in, use the same account to view it.

What if I don’t like the result?

AI results vary, and a new generation uses credits. If you run into a technical problem, email support@vellm.app.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund for a one-time credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Email support@vellm.app. See our terms for details and your consumer rights.

How long do you keep my photos and videos?

Photos are scheduled for deletion after 7 days and videos after 30 days. Download your video before it expires. See our Privacy Policy for details.
