Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted use

Use Vellm for lawful creative and entertainment videos using your own content or content you are authorized to use. Every identifiable person must be an adult and must consent to the intended AI transformation and use. Pet photos must also be yours or used with permission. Check the output before sharing it and follow the rules of the platform where you post.

Prohibited content

Do not upload or generate sexual, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or non-consensual intimate content; content depicting anyone under 18; child sexual abuse or exploitation; graphic violence, gore, animal abuse, self-harm promotion, or threats; hate, targeted harassment, or degrading abuse.

Do not depict people without their informed consent, impersonate another person, or create deceptive deepfakes. Celebrity and public-figure likenesses are not permitted. Do not present an AI video as authentic evidence, real events, an endorsement, or an official communication. Fraud, scams, extortion, doxxing, and deceptive political manipulation are prohibited.

Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, or other rights. A reference clip, song, brand, or template preview is not permission to copy or redistribute third-party material. You are responsible for permissions for material you supply or add to an export.

Prohibited behavior

Do not bypass moderation, authentication, rate limits, or other safeguards; exploit credits, refunds, or multiple accounts; upload malicious files; scrape private content; obtain another user's data; disrupt the service; or resell unauthorized access. Do not use Vellm for unlawful activity or uses that violate applicable payment-provider restrictions.

Safety checks and AI limitations

Vellm uses template-based generation and automated checks on uploaded photos. Requests can be rejected or held for review, and repeated violations may restrict an account. Model providers may also apply safety controls. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that every output is compliant. You must review results and must not bypass a refusal by disguising prohibited content.

Generated videos use AI, including Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance. Clearly disclose their AI origin when sharing where required, and do not remove disclosures in order to deceive viewers. Vellm does not promise that outputs are factual, unique, or free of third-party claims.

Reports, appeals, and enforcement

Send reports to support@vellm.app with the video URL or job reference, a description of the issue, and enough information to locate the content. Rights holders should explain the right involved and their authority to report it. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive material. We prioritize child-safety, non-consensual intimate-content, and credible threat reports.

We may reject jobs, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts while investigating or addressing violations. We may preserve evidence or report material to authorities where legally required. Contact the same address with your account email and relevant job reference if you believe a restriction was mistaken. Refunds and credit adjustments are considered under the Terms of Service and applicable consumer law.
