Terms of Service

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to use Vellm. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

The service

Vellm turns uploaded photos into short AI-generated videos using templates. Generation uses third-party services, including Seedance 2.5 by ByteDance. AI output can contain errors, distortions, or unexpected details. Review each result before using or sharing it. Vellm is an entertainment and creative tool, not professional advice.

Payments and credits

Vellm offers one-time credit packs and optional monthly subscriptions. The price, currency, applicable taxes, credit allowance, and any billing period are displayed before you authorize payment. Changes to future offers do not change a purchase already completed.

Payments for Vellm are handled through Waffo Pancake as merchant of record for eligible transactions. Waffo handles the checkout, payment processing, and applicable transaction tax and billing obligations. Its terms and privacy policy also apply to its services. Vellm does not receive or store your full payment card number or security code.

Credits are used for the generation cost displayed before you start a job. A failed generation returns the credits charged for that job. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are usable only on Vellm. Any expiry or renewal conditions must be disclosed before purchase. No recurring charge or automatic top-up will be made without your separate authorization.

Refunds and billing issues

For a one-time credit pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Contact support@vellm.app from your account email with the order reference. A completed generation normally consumes its credits, but contact us about a defective result or billing error so we can investigate. Approved payment refunds are handled through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method; your payment provider determines when they appear.

These rules do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, it remains available unless the legal requirements for starting digital supply and losing that right have been met, including any required express consent and acknowledgement. Using a credit alone is not a blanket waiver of your legal rights.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights you hold in your uploaded content. You must have permission to upload it and to generate and share the resulting video, including the informed consent of every identifiable person depicted. Images of anyone under 18 are not permitted. You grant Vellm a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content to service providers as needed to generate videos, provide support, and enforce our policies.

As between you and Vellm, we do not claim ownership of your generated videos. Any use remains subject to applicable law, third-party rights, and provider restrictions. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, copyright-protected, or cleared for commercial use. Music, reference clips, and third-party materials shown on the site are not licensed to you merely because they appear in a template.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. You must not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual content, sexual content, content involving minors, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not bypass safety controls, abuse accounts or credits, or interfere with the service.

We may refuse a job, restrict access, remove content, or suspend an account to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may contact support@vellm.app to request review. Any refund or credit adjustment remains subject to the circumstances and your statutory rights; an account restriction does not automatically remove those rights.

Files and service availability

Download videos you want to keep. Uploaded photos and derived images are scheduled for deletion after 7 days, and generated videos after 30 days. Cleanup runs periodically and may be delayed by an active job, a technical failure, or a legal preservation requirement. Vellm is not a permanent file-storage service. Features may change or be interrupted, including when a third-party provider is unavailable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or any particular output. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Vellm in the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending use, disputes, and updates

You may stop using Vellm at any time and request account deletion through support@vellm.app. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections and court rights that apply where you live remain available to you.

We will publish updates with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated on the site or through your account email before taking effect where required. Changes will not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
